Impressed with speed & care
"We had only had our new puppy for a week when he was attached and bitten by another dog we had invited around to socialise . As this was in the late evening we called the 24 hour emergency vet who told us to come in straight away. There were a few others waiting but we got seen very promptly by the vet who examined him, told us what needed to be done and carried out the necessary procedures. I was very impressed with the speed of service and the care that was taken of our puppy. I would highly recommend the North Surrey Veterinary Emergencies." - Duncan Harding

Empathy & excellent after-care
"Not sure what I would have done without Darren and the team here, who went above and beyond for my cat Rana, in a horrible emergency situation. They reassured me, showed empathy and explained every step of the way with treatment required (even though I was probably annoying with all my questions) and helped Rana get back to full health - not just in the immediate situation but also with the after-care giving clear instructions and guidance on what to do in between. When I needed to double check things, they were always on hand, and knowledgeable of the case, no matter who I spoke to. I really can't thank you all enough. ? " - Paul

Saved our cat’s life
"100% recommend North Surrey Vets - our cat who had been missing since August 2020 was hit by a car and suffered a broken jaw, the kind member of the public who found him took him to these guys and they operated on him to fix his jaw and then appealed to social media to find us as our cat wasn’t chipped. They were so helpful, polite, attentive and we were reunited with our boy and he is now home and on the mend. Can’t thank them enough for saving his life and reuniting us with him! Compassionate care
"I took my cat Max after he was hit by a speeding car unfortunately my regular vet was closed but I took him here. Despite their best efforts he passed away. The vet Darren and the receptionist Liz were very helpful in keeping me updated with his condition explaining everything to me. Even when it was time for him to go I was treated with up most compassion and he was treated with the up most care. I would have no hesitation in recommending this vets." - Aimee Guest
