We believe that every pet in South West London & North Surrey should always have access to vital veterinary care, which is why we created North Surrey Emergency Vets (NSVE).
NSVE is a veterinary service dedicated to providing expert medical care at accessible prices, for your pets ‘out of hours’ when your usual ‘daytime’ practice is closed. We are run by independent veterinary surgeons and work very closely with your usual vet to provide continuity of care.

Our Service
Our service supports the ‘daytime’ practices, to give you peace of mind that your pets have access to the best emergency medical support 24 hours a day. We offer emergency treatments, critical care facilities, and overnight close monitoring for hospitalised pets.

Our prices
Due to the nature of critical & emergency pet care, Out of Hours consultations and treatment will be priced differently to your regular ‘daytime’ veterinary care.
Our critical care team will be able to give you the price for your Out of Hours consultation when you call for advice. However, without seeing your pet and assessing their condition, we will not be able to give you an estimate of treatment costs over the phone – please discuss these with the Veterinary Surgeon during your consultation.
Our Vets will always try to keep you informed of likely costs of treatments and any changes to costs as a case progresses. Our telephone advice is, of course, free of charge.
Home Visits
As we have in-patients to care for on-site, our staff cannot leave the premises to do home visits. If you feel a home visit is absolutely necessary, we do make every effort to send one of our other vets to you, if possible.
You may want to consider a pet taxi, or asking a friend or neighbour to bring your pet to us quickly if they are very unwell or have a life-threatening injury. Please contact us on 0208 783 2850
Our Team
All our staff are highly skilled and experienced in veterinary emergency and critical care, and have a great ‘bedside manner’: we know that any emergency for your pet is an emergency for you, and you need a vet you can trust in a crisis.
We work very closely with our day practice vets, and North Surrey Emergency Vets in East Molesey can seamlessly continue treatment and care for your hospitalised pet.
