Our Vet at Home service:
- Our tailored Vet at Home service enables your pet to be seen by our friendly staff in your own home, where they will of course receive the same standard of care and attention they would at our surgery.
- We will always do our best to attend as close as possible to your home visit appointment time, however, this may depend on staff levels and if we have any urgent cases at our practice.
- We may have to take your pet with us to our surgery if any further tests or treatments need to be done, or if they are seriously ill. We will keep you fully informed of their progress.

Home visits are priced higher than our in-practice Vet consultations – ask our team about pricing when you contact us to arrange your home visit.
Emergency pet care
If you have a pet health emergency and you are unable to travel to our practice, we will try our best to send a member of our veterinary team to you as soon as possible. You may want to consider a pet taxi, or asking a friend or neighbour to bring your pet to us quickly if they are very unwell. Call 0208 783 2850 for emergency advice.
